Aberdeen, MD--Warren Mullins, Vice President for Strategic Planning and Business Development at Battelle, was sworn in April 26 as the newest member of the Maryland Technology Development Corporation's (TEDCO) Board of Directors.

 

Mullins, a retired Army officer and chemist who has worked at Battelle for 12 years, has been a member of the TEDCO Technology Transfer Technical Advisory Committee since 2003. He is an active member of the technology community and is President of the Northeastern Maryland Technology Council, a member of the UMBC Board of Visitors, a member of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council Board of Directors, and serves on the Harford County Economic Advisory Board and the Aberdeen Proving Ground Army Alliance.

 

"I'm honored to have been appointed by the state of Maryland to this prestigious board," Mullins said. "I personally and professionally share TEDCO's commitment to a very important mission-building a robust technology business to improve the economy for all Marylanders."
