BATTELLE TEAMS WITH SMALL BUSINESS
Three Combined Mission Support (CMS) contracts were recently awarded to SAIC Inc, Core6 Solutions LLC, and Karta Technologies Inc. The CMS program, with a ceiling of $300 million, will provide broad-based support for local and remote Human Systems Wing organizations, subordinate units, other Air Force Organizations, DoD, and other federal agencies.
Core6 Solutions, L.L.C., is a Small Business Administration approved 8(a) contractor based in San Antonio. Core6 specializes in applied research, computer-related technical and management support services. Research Dynamics, Inc. and Conceptual MindWorks, Inc. are two local, woman-owned minority businesses that have joined together to form Core6 Solutions L.L.C. Core6 Solutions partnered with Battelle to create a winning team with a diverse set of capabilities and experience.
Karta Technologies, Inc. is a Small Business Administration approved 8(a) contractor that has been in existence since 1986. Karta, based in San Antonio, Texas, is a systems engineering and information technology firm.
Battelle, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, focuses on technology development and commercialization and product development. With 7,500 employees at more than 60 locations, Battelle develops technologies and products for industry and government. Annual revenues are approximately $1 billion.
