Inclusion & Diversity at Battelle

Battelle promotes diversity in our workforce and the communities we serve as well as in our suppliers and strategic partners. A policy of inclusion is not just the right thing to do; it’s also vital to maintaining our position as a global leader in science and technology and a model organization for our people worldwide. We collaborate with the National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, OSU's Women in Engineering Education program and other partners who promote inclusion in pursuit of excellence. At Battelle, we also support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that promote a positive, open and inclusive culture.
