At Battelle, we believe that science and mathematics literacy is the foundation on which success can be achieved in any pursuit in life. That’s why we support STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education initiatives by applying 80 percent of our charitable distributions to this area.
We could not achieve our goals for amplifying STEM nationwide without great partners. We are currently in an exciting period of making new partners across the country as school systems and entire states endeavor to respond to President Obama’s “Educate to Innovate” campaign. Through these partnerships new STEM networks are forming.
