Primary Program Objectives:
- To enhance career development of individuals by informing them about:
- Critical factors for success at Battelle
- Possible career pathways
- Networking options
- To induct staff new to Battelle and/or new to their positions within the organization
- To increase retention of women, people of color, and Generation X through participation in meaningful mentoring relationships
Underlying Goals:
- Build relationships (i.e. across race, gender, ethnicity, organization, location, generational differences)
- Create a mentoring culture in the organization
