Primary Program Objectives:

  • To enhance career development of individuals by informing them about:
    • Critical factors for success at Battelle
    • Possible career pathways
    • Networking options
  • To induct staff new to Battelle and/or new to their positions within the organization
  • To increase retention of women, people of color, and Generation X through participation in meaningful mentoring relationships

Underlying Goals:

  • Build relationships (i.e. across race, gender, ethnicity, organization, location, generational differences)
  • Create a mentoring culture in the organization
