Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions contained on this page encompass all of the terms and conditions currently utilized by Battelle. Any Request for Proposal, Purchase Order, or Subcontract will specifically state the terms and conditions that apply to that action. It is possible that one or more of the listed terms and conditions will be included on the procurement action.
Following receipt of the Request for Proposal or Purchase Award from Battelle, it is the supplier’s responsibility to review the appropriate terms and conditions as specified in the document received and properly archive them with supplier’s records. Should questions surrounding the terms and conditions arise following review, the Supplier should contact the cognizant Procurement Representative whose name appears on the RFP or Award document.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Battelle from time to time, and the version of these Terms and Conditions posted on the date the Purchase Order or Subcontract is fully executed shall govern the action. Archives are available in the Archives section.
