Nordmann currently is co-president for Global Health Associates, LLC, and provides consulting to the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. In addition he serves on the boards of directors for Shire Pharmaceuticals Group, plc; Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Boron, LePore & Associates, Inc.; Salu, Inc.; and BioCentive, Ltd.

Nordmann also serves as Trustee and sits on the advisory council for Johns Hopkins University and assists with commercializing medical and technology products and services. Previously, Nordmann worked in health care analyst and portfolio management positions for Deerfield Management, PaineWebber, Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co.
