FRANK COX AND DEAN ERTWINE NAMED SECTOR LEADERS FOR BATTELLE'S NATIONAL SECURITY DIVISION

Battelle's National Security Division has promoted Frank Cox and Dean Ertwine to sector leaders under its newly integrated Battelle Science and Technology International structure.

Cox joined Battelle in 1994 after a 26-year career in the U.S. Army where he retired as a colonel. He now leads the Department of Defense (DoD)/Joint/Unified Sector for Battelle in addition to heading up Business Development Integration.

In this role, Cox is responsible for developing and implementing market management strategies and developing client and relationship managers for key, high-impact government, military, and industrial clients in the DoD, the defense agencies, and the joint and unified commands. He also leads the Business Development Integration Office responsible for process standardization and marketing coordination.

Ertwine joined Battelle in 2002 after a 30-year career in the U.S. Army where he retired as a brigadier general. He now leads the National Security Division's Army and Marine Corps Sector. In this role, Ertwine has primary responsibility for business development and client relationships with the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps.
