Columbus, OH-Battelle Healthcare Products and ZEVEX International, Inc. (NASDAQ NM: ZVXI), announced today a collaboration in the research and development of a new physical evaluation product that will be sold by ZEVEX's Physical Evaluation sales force. The effort is expected to produce a technologically advanced medical device for use by chiropractors, physical therapists and occupational therapists.
Battelle will contribute its world-class product development capabilities to the project while ZEVEX International will handle the manufacturing, marketing and sales efforts. Market research conducted by ZEVEX's Physical Evaluation marketing team led to the product concept.
