McCoy succeeds Willis S. (Pete) White, Jr., who has completed his tenure as a member of the Board of Directors after 19 years of service, including 11 as Chairman. White now becomes an Associate Director.

McCoy has been with Bank One since 1970. He holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He resides in Chicago.

McCoy joined Battelle's Board in 1991.
