From detecting and identifying biological material to developing state-of-the-art spectral systems, Battelle delivers cost-effective design and implementation of electronic solutions for a wide range of military applications.
OUR APPROACH
Battelle’s electronic engineers apply extensive experience with military systems to provide feasible designs, improved functional performance and reliability, as well as reduction in total ownership cost. Programs can be conducted at various security levels as needed and may include design and proof-testing of solutions based on state of the art technology, capacity of the client to support the technology, life cycle management and design-to-cost principles, fabrication of prototype systems to demonstrate technology, use of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components, and modular design to facilitate replacement and repair. Our experience includes designs for biological material detection and identification, acoustics, advanced processing, RF detection, electro-optic systems, electromagnetics, non-destructive evaluation, and spectral systems development. We have full range modeling and simulation capabilities to support system design and troubleshooting.
