Registration cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing on or before the “cancellation requested date” below to qualify. Paid no-shows will receive all the materials covered by their registration fees. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for payment if cancellation requested within 30 days of payment, otherwise, the refund will be processed by check. A $150 service fee applies to each cancelled registration.

By registering for the Conference, you agree to the following registration cancellation refund policy:

• Cancellation requested on or before February, 2 2025: 75% of the registration fee (less a $150 service fee).
• Cancellation requested February 3, 2025 - March 25, 2025: 50% of the registration fee (less a $150 service fee).
• After April 2, 2025: No refunds.
