One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is the only government-wide contract for complex professional services designed to support any and all mission spaces of the U.S. Federal Government: Communications, Defense, Disaster, Energy, Environmental, Financial, Health, Intelligence, Security and Transportation. It is a flexible, full-service contract vehicle that crosses core disciplines and life cycles of professional services.
Battelle is a prime in all 7 OASIS contracts which covers a broad scope of professional services:
- Pool 1 Management, Scientific and Technical Services is the broadest scope and covers all professional services related to engineering, testing, scientific data, and all consulting functions not covered by other pools. The scope of this Pool covers Engineering, Mapping, Testing, Management/Business Consulting, Human Resources, Marketing/Public Relations, Logistics Consulting, Environmental and all Other Professional/Scientific/Technical services.
- Pool 2 Financial / Accounting Services includes Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Pool 3 Military/Marine/Energy Engineering includes engineering related to Military and Aerospace Equipment, engineering awarded under National Energy Policy Act of 1992 and engineering services related to Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture.
- Pool 4 Scientific Research and Development includes work focused on research and experimental development in the physical, engineering and life sciences, including nanotechnology and biotechnology.
- Pool 5A Aircraft Parts and Engines Research and Development allows more specific focus related to R&D of Aircraft Parts, Aircraft Auxiliary Equipment and Engine services.
- Pool 5B Space and Missiles Research and Development supports R&D related to Space Vehicles and Guided Missiles, as well as auxiliary equipment and propulsion.
- Pool 6 Aircraft Research and Development is limited to R&D of Aircraft and Aircraft Systems
