Symposium Sponsors & Exhibitors

The Symposium is organized and presented by Battelle. Many other organizations will have roles in the Symposium, as sponsors and exhibitors. The financial contributions of the Symposium Sponsors help defray general operating costs of planning and conducting the Symposium.

The following items will be required for completion of the agreement: 1) company description (200 words max.), 2) company logo (.eps file preferred), and 3) method of payment for deposit.



Exhibit space will open for general sale on September 17, 2018.

Organizations that provide environmental  assessment, remediation, and management services and products are invited to exhibit. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present information to a focused audience of approximately 750 people who acquire and use environmental management products and services at industrial and government sites around the world.

Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and reception service will be located near the exhibit area.

Booth Selection. Symposium Sponsors will be contacted in early September, before general sales open, to select their booth spaces. Exhibits will open for general sale September 17, 2018. Email reminders will be sent a few days before the open date to contacts for organizations that have exhibited at recent Battelle conferences. The exhibit webpage will contain the terms and conditions, the application form, and the floor plan showing available spaces.

Exhibit Fee and Payment. The fee for an 8-ft x 10-ft booth is $3,195 if payment is made by October 15, 2018, and $3,395 if paid later. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, according to receipt of completed application and payment.
