The Symposium does not partner with any travel agency or third-party for travel/hotel discounts. If you receive a call or an email offering assistance in making hotel reservations or changing existing reservations, we advise caution. The Symposium has no agreement with any organization to contact participants and offer reservation assistance, nor have we provided contact information to anyone for this purpose.
All official Symposium events will be held at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and a block of rooms has been set aside for attendees. Conveniently located downtown, the Hilton Baltimore affords easy access to the historic Inner Harbor and a variety of entertainment, dining, and shopping activities.

|Gov't Per Diem Rates|
A percentage of the block will be available at the prevailing U.S. Government per diem rate at the time of the Symposium (government I.D. required at check-in). Government contractors do not qualify for this rate and a valid government employee ID must be presented at check-in.
The government rate link will not be available until the per diem rates for 2019 are available. We anticipate posting the link in October 2018.
|Rate Dates||The rates above are in effect for reservations made by March 22, 2019, unless rooms in the block sell out before that date. Subject to availability of rooms at the time reservations are made, the group rate can be used for check in as early as Friday, April 12, and check out as late as Sunday, April 21.|
