PowerPoint® Files—Due Monday, May 11, 2020
The following information applies to only platform presentations.
Before preparing your file, please review the Platform Presentation Information document for slide design and length recommendations.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in your slides that you do not wish published. All PowerPoint files submitted for platform presentations will be included in the Conference Proceedings unless the presenting author contacts the Conference Office (email@example.com) with the request to not have their file included. All such requests must be received no later than June 11, 2020.
New and/or revised PowerPoint® files will not be accepted/processed as you check in at your required Speaker meeting. Last-minute revisions submitted after the due date may be submitted only at the Tech Support Desk onsite and must be received 24-hours
in advance of your presentation. Please make every effort to submit your file by the due date.

20 slides, maximum
You will have 18 minutes for your prepared remarks, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. In general, 20 slides is the maximum number that can be used effectively for an 18-minute talk. Please rehearse your talk with the slides to check the
timing before you submit the file.
Use Power Point® 2017 or earlier.
Mac versions of PowerPoint, other presentation software, and PDF files will not be supported. Note: Internet connections will not be provided in the session rooms or the speaker ready room.
Use Windows Media Player® for video clips.
If you plan to use a video clip (.mpg or .avi) with your PowerPoint file, please prepare the file to be run on Windows Media Player® (not Real Audio®). Submit the video clip as a separate file, using
the same upload process and at the same time as the PowerPoint file. Video files submitted in any other format may not be supported.
Video files cannot be supported in the online Proceedings, please submit a PDF version of your file as you wish it to appear in the Proceedings.
If your presentation includes extensive animations, please submit a PDF version of the file with animations removed for use in the Proceedings.
File Naming PowerPoint, Video and Revised Files
Platform presenters will receive an email notification in mid-May with file naming instructions. Each file name is specific to the session, time of presentation, abstract number, and speaker. Naming instructions will also be provided for
Video and Revised files.
Platform presenters will receive an email notification in early-May with an upload link.
