Exhibit space will open for general sale at noon (EDT) on August 16, 2021.

Conference and Learning Lab Sponsors receive priority booth selection. 

All Exhibits will be displayed in the Palm Springs Convention Center (277 N. Avenida Caballeros, Palm Springs, CA 92262). Organizations that provide environmental assessment, remediation, and management services and products are invited to exhibit. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present information to a focused audience who acquire and use environmental management products and services at industrial and government sites around the world. Daily continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon beverage breaks, evening receptions, poster displays and presentations, the Internet Café and Learning Lab, will be in the Exhibit Hall.

To Reserve Your Booth

  1. Review the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.
  2. Review the Exhibit Hall floor plan and find your preferred space(s). It is best to have a few options chosen in case the reservation process for your 1st choice is completed by someone else first.
  3. Go to the Exhibitor Website on Monday, August 16, at Noon (EDT) and begin the reservation process. NOTE: The landing page is live now, however, the pages to reserve and pay for a booth will not be live until the designated time above.
  4. Click the "Begin Booth Reservation Now" button and follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT: Booth selection is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. You must complete all steps of the online reservation, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide payment information to secure your space. If you are coordinating the reservation process with another person(s) from your organization, please be sure to complete the reservation process for only ONE 10'x10' space or TWO in-line spaces for a 10'x20' space, endcaps are not permitted. Refunds will not be given for duplicate reservations and only one reservation will be released.

Government/Non-Profit Booths. Five booth spaces will be available at the reduced government/non-profit rate, first-come, first-served. Only one 10’x10’ booth per govt./non-profit organization can be purchased at this rate. Additional booths will be charged the standard inline 10’x10’ rate and premium fees apply to applicable booth spaces as indicated on the Exhibit Hall floor plan. Booth space will not be held or reserved specifically for this rate and booth space may sell out at the regular rates prior to 5 spaces being purchased at the govt./non-profit rate. The Conference reserves the right to request documentation of government or non-profit status.
