Companies Telling Employees to Stay Home Due to Coronavirus Concerns

COLUMBUS, Ohio (March 12, 2020)— Several Central Ohio companies are telling employees to work from home as COVID-19 concerns hit Ohio.

Here are the companies that have responded to ABC 6/FOX 28:

Battelle - Starting Friday, employees who can work from home were told to do so. Lab workers will continue to work on site if needed. Researchers at Battelle are also working on COVID-19, including diagnostics and vaccines, working with CDC and FDA. A spokesperson says the company has previously worked on flu, swine flu, zika and SARS.
