Battelle DNA Screening Platform Used by San Francisco-Biotech Company

San Francisco-based Twist Bioscience, which manufactures synthetic DNA for clients in the biotechnology industry, has become the first company to implement Columbus-based Battelle’s ThreatSEQTM web service DNA screening platform, adding to Twist’s internal biosecurity efforts.

ThreatSEQ web service is a first of-its-kind commercial DNA screening service that research and development organization Battelle describes as “highly accurate and cost effective.”
