In January and February 2022, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation held a series of workgroup meetings focused on implementation challenges of diagnostic performance measures and actions that the field can take to mitigate these challenges. Battelle combined the data collected in these workshops to develop condition-specific schematics of the components required for successful measure implementation.

This brief describes the analytic products that served as the foundation for workgroup discussions, summarizes the themes of those discussion, and finally, presents solutions to the challenges discussed.
