Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors

Battelle has presented this conference series for more than two decades. Since its inception in 2001, the conference has continuously grown in both scope and impact, serving as a catalyst for scientific progress, collaboration, innovative technologies, and multidisciplinary problem‑solving.

Today’s environmental challenges demand collaboration and partnership among like‑minded organizations that share the mission of protecting and restoring aquatic systems. The Sediments Conference has always been grounded in this principle, and its enduring success is a direct result of companies, agencies, and research teams coming together to share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and push the science forward.

The financial contributions of the Sponsors seen below help defray general operating costs of planning and conducting the event and without whom this Conference would not be possible.

Join us and become part of this long‑standing tradition of collective impact by helping accelerate solutions that enhance ecological health, support community resilience, and strengthen the scientific foundation for environmental decision‑making. Reach more than 1,000 representatives from academia, state and federal government agencies, consulting firms, research organizations, and industries from around the world.

We invite you to:
  • Showcase your leadership in environmental stewardship and innovative remediation solutions
  • Engage directly with more than 1,000 decision makers, regulators, researchers, and industry leaders
  • Highlight your commitment to advancing scientific understanding and practical remediation strategies
  • Position your organization at the center of emerging developments in sediment assessment, management, and restoration

Sponsors

We are still accepting sponsors! Conference and Learning Lab Sponsors will receive priority booth selection.

See the link below for more information, including an overview of all sponsorship opportunities and terms and conditions.

Company Profile. Please do not create a new company profile if the system notifies you that a profile already exists for your company. If this happens, please contact the Conference Office ([email protected]) for information on your company point-of-contact (POC). Only one company POC is permitted per company and only the POC may select a booth for your company.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors

All Exhibits will be displayed at the JW Marriott Austin. Organizations that provide environmental assessment, remediation, and management services and products are invited to exhibit.

Daily continental breakfasts, beverage breaks, evening receptions, and poster displays and presentations will be in the Exhibit Hall.

IMPORTANT: Booth selection is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. You must complete all steps of the online reservation, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide payment information to secure your space. Up to two inline booths may be selected.

Payment Terms. Full payment must be made at time of reservation by major credit card (Discover card not accepted). The Conference retains the right to cancel the reservation without notification and resell the space if payment is not made upon reservation. If paying with an international or government credit card, please contact your credit card institution ahead of time to alert them of the upcoming transaction amount and merchant name (The Scientific Consulting Group). This will avoid any false credit card declines. Additionally, once you are on the credit card payment screen, you will have 3 opportunities to enter in a valid credit card number and billing address. After the 3rd time, you will be locked out and your account will have to be unlocked. If this happens, please contact Susie Warner at SCG ([email protected]) to unlock. This will delay your booth confirmation so please enter carefully.

If you have a question about something not addressed in the agreement, please contact the Conference Office ([email protected]).

The Thirteenth International Conference on the Remediation and Management of Contaminated Sediments OR 2027 Sediments Conference is organized and presented by Battelle (505 King Ave., Columbus, OH 43201). By completing and submitting the information below, the individual submitting this agreement verifies that he or she is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the Sponsoring organization and that he or she has read, understands, and agrees to the Terms & Conditions of this agreement. This agreement must be executed in the name of a business entity (corporation, LLC, etc.). The sponsoring organization may choose to display a product or service offering in accordance with this agreement, however, submitting this agreement in the name of a product or service offering is not permitted and will not be accepted by the 2027 Sediments Conference. Battelle retains the exclusive right to control all aspects of the 2027 Sediments Conference and reserves the right to accept or deny sponsorship eligibility of any organization for any reason. Conference sponsorship does not imply endorsement of any product or service of sponsoring organizations by Battelle or the Sediments Conference Office.

In exchange for the benefits of the Sponsorship category selected, the sponsoring organization agrees to pay the associated fee(s) according to the payment schedule below. If you would like to request a different payment schedule, please contact Susie Warner ([email protected] | 301-670-4990). Neither Battelle, the Sediments Conference Office, nor SCG, will be responsible for a delay or failure to provide Sponsor benefits as a result of the sponsoring organization’s failure or delay to comply with reasonable requests, directions, or instructions, including prompt payment of fees. If fees are not received by the specified due dates, we reserve the right to not supply, or cease to supply, any/all sponsor benefits. Full payment of all fees must be received by November 20, 2026, for entry to the event.

Sponsor Point-of-Contact (POC). Upon completion of the online sponsorship process, a confirmation email will be sent to the person listed as the Sponsor POC. This person will receive all correspondence from the Conference Office and/or SCG.
