2025 Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors

Now Accepting 2025 Conference Sponsors.

The Conference is organized and presented by Battelle. Many other organizations will have roles in the Conference, as sponsors and exhibitors. The financial contributions of the Sponsors help defray general operating costs of planning and conducting the event.

Sponsors

Conference Sponsor booth selection opens August 26, 2024, at Noon (EDT).

If your organization is interested in reaching representatives from academia, state and federal government agencies, consulting firms, research organizations, and industries from around the world, consider becoming a Conference Sponsor.

See the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration site for more information, including an overview of the sponsorship opportunities and sponsorship terms and conditions.

NOTE: Battelle has implemented a new conference management system. If your organization was a sponsor or exhibitor at Battelle's 2024 Chlorinated Conference, your organization will already have a company profile and your company point-of-contact may log in to see an overview of the available sponsorship opportunities and the terms and conditions.

If your organization did not participate in the 2024 Chlorinated Conference, you will need to create a new company profile to view sponsorship opportunities and terms and conditions. When completing your company profile, please ensure that all requested company information, including address for billing, is completed.

Please do not at any time create a new company profile if the system notifies you that a company profile already exists for your company. If this happens, please contact the Conference Office ([email protected]) for information on your assigned company point-of-contact (POC). ONLY one company POC is permitted per company and ONLY the POC may select a booth for your company.

Exhibitors

General booth sales open September 9, 2024, at Noon (EDT).

All Exhibits will be displayed in the Tampa Bay Ballroom at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street (510 Water St, Tampa, FL 33602). Organizations that provide environmental assessment, remediation, and management services and products are invited to exhibit.

The fee for a 10-ft x 10-ft booth is $3,600 if payment is made by October 18, 2024, and $3,800 if paid later. The fee includes a 6-ft. skirted table, 2 standard side chairs and a wastebasket. Conference and Learning Lab Sponsors receive priority booth selection. Daily continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon beverage breaks, evening receptions, and poster displays and presentations will be in the Exhibit Hall.

IMPORTANT: Booth selection is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. You must complete all steps of the online reservation, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide payment information to secure your space. Up to two inline 10'x10' booths may be selected.

Payment Terms. Full payment must be made at time of reservation by major credit card (Discover card not accepted). The Conference retains the right to cancel the reservation without notification and resell the space if payment is not made upon reservation. If paying with an international or government credit card, please contact your credit card institution ahead of time to alert them of the upcoming transaction amount and merchant name (The Scientific Consulting Group). This will avoid any false credit card declines. Additionally, once you are on the credit card payment screen, you will have 3 opportunities to enter in a valid credit card number and billing address. After the 3rd time, you will be locked out and your account will have to be unlocked. If this happens, please contact Susie Warner at SCG ([email protected]) to unlock. This will delay your booth confirmation so please enter carefully.

Booth Reservation Time Limit. Once a booth is added to your online cart, you must checkout and pay within 30 minutes or the booth will be returned to inventory for someone else to select.

To Reserve Your Booth

  1. Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Page--see the Conference Management System information above under "Sponsors" for instructions on creating a company profile, if necessary. Once registered and logged in, you will be able to view the Exhibitor terms and conditions. Once logged in, please complete your “Company Profile” in the left-hand menu—You must fill-out/complete the address information using the credit card billing address you will be using to complete your payment. This is a payment processor requirement, and your booth will not be reserved if this information is not included before you attempt payment.
  2. Exhibit Hall Floor Plan--At noon (EDT) on Sept. 9, log-in to your Company Profile page through the Registration Page link above and select the “Registration” option in the left-hand column menu. Click to read and agree to the terms and conditions, select your booth, and complete the registration process by clicking through the “Proceed” options at the end of each page.

Government/Non-Profit Booths: Three booth spaces are available at the reduced government/non-profit rate. Only one 10’x10’ booth per govt./non-profit organization may be purchased per organization and premium fees apply to applicable booth spaces as indicated on the Exhibit Hall floor plan. Booth space will not be held or reserved specifically for this rate and booth space may sell out at the regular rates prior to three spaces being purchased at the govt./non-profit rate. The Conference reserves the right to request documentation of government or non-profit status.
