The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) is multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that performs task orders from across all three former IAC domains; Cyber-Security (CSTAT), Homeland Defense and Security (HDTAT) and Defense Systems (DSTAT). The technical scope is broad covering all Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) services and other R&D related analytical services. Services may support all aspects of identified or potential military, national security related and dual use applications of related technologies and methods, along with the development of tools and techniques that enhance the mission of the DoD Research and Engineering community.
Authorized Users
IAC MAC is available to government, industry, academia and approved domestic agencies. Contract features include:
- Fast, flexible and low cost
- Incremental Funding for severable orders
- Up to Five-year (60 month) period of performance
- No minimum or maximum ceiling
- Classified and Unclassified services (Up to Top Secret (compartmented and collateral))
- CONUS and OCONUS Requirements (Including in-theater and contingency operations areas)
- Compliance with Federal Government laws and regulations for small business contracting
- Primarily Best Value Tradeoff method for source selection
- Fully assisted requirements package development support services
- Preferred Use letter from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense - IAC MAC contract is the preferred vehicle for DoD requirements within its scope.
